Dom for hvervning og træning til terror er anket

Statsadvokaten i Viborg har i dag anket dommen, hvor en 28-årig kvinde er dømt for have ladet sig hverve og træne til at begå terrorhandlinger samt fremmet virksomheden for terrororganisationen Islamisk Stat (IS) i Syrien.

Anklagemyndigheden har tiltalt en mand fra Københavns Vestegn for overtrædelse af straffelovens § 114 e, 1. pkt., ved at have delt eller muliggjort deling af højreekstremistisk materiale via kommunikationsplatformen Telegram
